Booth Welsh invites you to a "Behind the Scenes" event at their Head Office in Irvine. Founded in 1989, the company has thrived through various shifts in industry, people, and culture, accumulating over 35 years of extensive experience.

As a Platinum Partner of the Chamber and a sponsor of both the previous and upcoming Community Wealth Building (CWB) award, Booth Welsh is strongly committed to supporting community prosperity and growth.

At the event, attendees will hear from Martin Welsh, CEO, and Aimee Doole, People, Brand & Culture Director. They will discuss the strategic shift from focusing primarily on technology to prioritising people, culture, resilience, and sustainability. Booth Welsh lives by its mission, 'through collaboration, we engineer a better future,' by integrating digital transformation with a purpose-driven approach to shape organisations that are adaptable, sustainable, and future-ready. Come along to hear how they have kept people at the heart of progress, as we all navigate a fast-paced changing world.

Guests will also be invited to tour the facilities, including the Digital Process Manufacturing Centre (DPMC), where the Booth Welsh team will demonstrate their latest digital technologies in Energy Monitoring using IIOT, VR & AR, and process automation.

All proceeds from this event will benefit the Ayrshire Chamber, supporting the development of local initiatives aimed at enhancing business success across the region.
