Ayrshire Chamber of Commerce is pleased to invite you to an exclusive event featuring Sarah Howard MBE, Chair of the British Chambers of Commerce (BCC), as she engages with our business community across Ayrshire.

Sarah brings a wealth of experience from her long-standing involvement in the Chamber network. Appointed Chair of the BCC in 2019, she is a former President of the Suffolk Chamber and has served on the board of the London Chamber. Throughout her leadership, she has championed the expansion of the BCC-s national and global reach, ensuring businesses are supported and represented, particularly during times of uncertainty.

A dedicated advocate for inclusive growth, Sarah co-chairs the BCC-s Workplace Equity Commission and contributes to the UK Government-s Lilac Review into Disabled Entrepreneurship. Her commitment to skills development and diverse leadership has led to collaborations with organisations like Neurodiversity in Business. In recognition of her work with young people and skills development, she was awarded an MBE in 2015.

In addition to her role at the BCC, Sarah brings insight from a career in management consultancy with firms such as JP Morgan and KPMG, and she currently advises UK tech start-ups expanding into global markets. She also serves as Chair of Abbeycroft Leisure and Governor of the Eastern Education Group.
