Don't miss this opportunity to connect with other businesses and grow your professional network.

Join Ayrshire Chamber and our members at The Robert Burns place Museum in Partnership with Alloway Railway Tunnel Networking.

The Alloway Railway Tunnel (ART) and the NTS Robert Burns Birthplace Museum will be collaborating with a special event in January to celebrate Burns Day. You'll meet at the museum at 10am for an opportunity to network with Chamber members and enjoy some seasonal refreshments and see the meeting spaces that are available for hire at the museum.

-We will then hear a short talk from one of the ART trustees about how some of the Ayrshire businesses have got involved in the project and the impact and outcomes these have had on its success. Finishing of with a visit to the Alloway Railway Tunnel to see the mural. This is located on the opposite side of the road from the museum and just a few minutes' walk away.-

The Alloway Railway Tunnel (ART) project is to create one of Scotland-s largest murals through the Alloway Railway Tunnel.

We-re transforming an old, dilapidated tunnel that has been defaced with graffiti into a safe, inspiring place, with a beautiful hand painted mural by one of the UK-s top muralists and visionaries, Chris Rutterford

We-ve reached the halfway point of our arts and heritage project and so far, we have worked with around 2000 people in the community who have helped us paint the mural, prepare the tunnel surfaces, create heritage films, engage in educational projects and take part in work experience opportunities.

We-ve had tremendous support from the business community through donations and sponsorship, and we would like to invite Chamber members to visit our project and see for themselves what we are trying to achieve and to discuss any opportunities to get involved. This is a hugely ambitious, innovative and successful community project that could meet your corporate social responsibility goals.

Spaces are limited, book early to avoid disappointment.
