Gillian is based in the Commercial Litigation Team in Glasgow and has a broad and diverse experience in litigation across a number of areas, including contractual and delictual claims, professional negligence, liquidations, administrations, bankruptcy, statutory appeals, interdicts, actions for defamation, restrictive covenants and data protection. She acts for a wide range of clients from commercial businesses, private individuals to government bodies, educational institutions and corporate entities.

She has a focus on resolving insolvency disputes for her clients and regularly acts for insolvency practitioners in both personal and corporate cases. She also acts for creditors, directors and individuals in disputes arising post-insolvency. Gillian has taken the Joint Insolvency Examination Board courses on both personal and corporate insolvency and continues to drive forward this practice area in the west of Scotland.-
