Developing Young Workforce

Developing the Young Workforce Ayrshire is a Scottish Government funded initiative.

We are part of Scotland’s youth employment strategy to better prepare young people for the world of work. 20 Regional Groups have been set up across Scotland to connect employers with education.

DYW Ayrshire is hosted by Ayrshire Chamber of Commerce. The focus going forward is to strengthen partnerships between employers and young people to create opportunities to grow a future pipeline of talent.
