The Help to Grow: Management programme at UWS offers small business leaders the chance to access 50 hours of business education and support.
Working alongside other small business owners, participants will explore key topics such as marketing, employee engagement and operations while building a tailored growth plan to help them their their business to the next level.
The course is 90% funded by the UK Government, with UWS offering an additional 10% funding meaning no cost to take part.
To be eligible, businesses must:
– be registered in the UK
– have been operating for a minimum of 1 year
– employ between 5-249 members of staff.
