Description

We offer a wide range of psychotherapeutic and wellbeing support for people in crisis, working through trauma or end of life from the moment of diagnosis. We offer CBT, EMDR, hypnotherapy, bereavement support and holistic support including reiki, shamanic healing, KCR, EFT and shiatsu. We run a variety of groups including a singing group, 3 bereavement groups, drama group and a reiki share group. The end of life TLC training we offer prepares people for the emotional and spiritual care of the dying people and how to support people experience this. The training day is an uplifting, interesting, thought provoking and self reflective experience. Recommended by the National Council for Palliative care and perfect for professional and personal development.
