Beith Community Development Trust is a charity, trading from 2013. Geilsland Enterprise, launched in 2024 and is a social enterprise, part of Beith Trust Group. Beith Trust owns Geilsland Estate and Geilsland Enterprise manages the business development and operations of the estate on a daily basis.
On the border of North Ayrshire and Renfrewshire, Geilsland Country Estate is a unique estate sitting on 15 acres of land, we have two main buildings in operation, Geilsland Hall and The Hut, these buildings are fully accessible and host a variety of events, house the onsite cafe and music school. We also have eight houses that are let out on short term lets to large groups travelling together for work and leisure. There are also some residential houses on site. Geilsland Estate provides a mix of venue spaces for training, events, corporate days and weddings.
